How do I book an appointment?
Just call us, send an email or use the contact form. We get back to you as quickly as we can, usually the same day.
What does the initial consultation cost?
The initial consultation takes about ten minutes and is completely free, with no obligation. We get to know each other briefly, you describe what you need, and only then do we book an appointment.
Does Vincent come at weekends?
Yes. We are available Monday to Sunday and on public holidays, and we also arrange appointments at weekends.
What do training sessions and setup work cost?
A guided session lasting 90 minutes at a fixed appointment costs 120 EUR. Setup and service work is billed at 85 EUR per hour, a short job under 30 minutes at 50 EUR. Purchase advice is free. All prices include 19 % German VAT.
How can I pay?
Card payment with SumUp on site, or bank transfer. We do not take cash.
Which area do you cover?
We come to your home or office in and around Maikammer in the Palatinate. If you are further away, just ask, we often make it work.
