How the appointment goes

Sort out accounts
Apple ID or Google account, e-mail and passwords: we check what you have and recover what got lost. This is often the longest part.

Transfer
Contacts, photos, WhatsApp chats, apps and settings move to the new device. SIM or eSIM gets switched, the old phone stays untouched until the end.

Set up
Online banking, health app, ticket apps, smartwatch, fingerprint or face, cloud backup. Whatever you need gets set up and tested.

We walk you through what has changed and adjust the device to suit you: text size, ringtones, notifications.

What we do not do here
We do not replace screens, batteries or charging ports. If the device itself is faulty, we recommend a repair shop and take care of the data afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Do WhatsApp chats come along to the new phone?
Yes, even when switching between Android and iPhone. The old device needs to still work, or a backup must exist.
What if I no longer know my Apple ID password?
That is the most common case. We reset it via your registered phone number or e-mail. Bring along every note and old phone you have.
Do you also set up phones for older people?
Very often. Large text, few apps on the home screen, emergency contacts, and we explain calmly. With a relative present if you like.
How long does it take to set up a new phone?
Usually two hours. If all passwords are at hand and the old device works, one hour is enough, otherwise recovering accounts takes the longest.
What does phone setup at home cost?
85 EUR per hour, a typical switch with data transfer is around 135 to 170 EUR, plus call-out from 10 EUR. All prices include VAT.
