How the appointment goes

Set up and onto the Wi-Fi

Unbox, insert cartridges, align, then onto the Wi-Fi. Older printers without Wi-Fi go via cable to the router.
Onto every device

Laptop, PC, phone and tablet, Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android. Everyone in the house prints without knowing what a driver is.
Scanning

Scan to the phone, as PDF into a folder or straight into e-mail. The vendor app if needed, often it works without.

Cartridge change, paper jam, what the blinking light means. And whether an ink subscription or refill cartridges are cheaper for you.

How long it takes and what it costs

From our appointments since June: 30 minutes to two hours, usually one. The printer itself is quick, the time goes into the devices that need to print.

Short visit up to 30 minutes: 50 €

What we do not do here

We do not repair print heads, rollers or feeders. If a printer is mechanically at the end, we tell you so and advise free of charge on a new one.

Frequently asked questions

Can I print from my phone?

Yes, with almost every printer from recent years. iPhone and iPad print via AirPrint, Android via Mopria or the vendor app. We set it up and test it.

My printer is not found, what is wrong?

Usually it is on a different Wi-Fi than the laptop, for instance after a router change, or it got a new address. That is fixed in under an hour.

Which printer should I buy?

Depends on how often you print. If you print rarely, laser is the better choice because ink dries out. Purchase advice is free.

What does printer setup at home cost?

A printer that only needs reconnecting is a short visit for 50 EUR. A new one with scanning on all devices about one hour for 85 EUR. Plus call-out from 10 EUR.
