How the appointment goes

Connect

Aerial, cable, satellite or internet, plus receiver, soundbar, Blu-ray or console. Every cable into the right input so one remote is enough later.
Scan and sorting

The scan runs, then we sort the channels into your order, no limit, and remove what you never watch. HD instead of SD wherever possible.
Streaming and catch-up

Netflix, Disney, catch-up apps, Apple TV or Fire TV, IPTV with your credentials. Sign in, apps on the first page, set language and subtitles.
Picture, sound, remote

Picture mode out of showroom look, sound via the soundbar, one remote for everything. Then we practise together until it sticks.

How long it takes and what it costs

From our appointments since June: 20 minutes to two hours, usually one. Sorting channels alone is done in an hour, TV plus soundbar plus streaming is closer to two.

What we do not do here

We do not realign satellite dishes or run aerial cables inside walls. For picture faults of the device itself the retailer warranty applies.

Frequently asked questions

Can you put the channels back into my old order?

Yes. Tell us how it was before, or give us the list from the old device. We sort as many channels as you like, no limit.

Do I need a receiver or is the TV enough?

Almost every TV from the last ten years has cable, aerial and satellite tuners built in. A receiver is only needed for pay TV or certain IPTV providers.

Do you also set up IPTV?

Yes, with the credentials from your provider. We do not sell the subscriptions themselves.

What does TV setup at home cost?

Sorting channels or a new TV with everything around it is usually one hour, so 85 EUR, plus call-out from 10 EUR. A small job under 30 minutes is a short visit for 50 EUR.

Do you also mount the TV on the wall?

Yes, with your wall bracket, if the wall allows it. With plasterboard or old walls we tell you honestly beforehand whether it will hold.
