Three apps, four hubs and the hallway lamp listens to nothing. We bring light, heating, cameras and voice assistant into one system that keeps working after we have left.

How the appointment goes

  1. Choose the system

    Apple, Google or Amazon, Hue or something open: we follow the phones you already own and what you still want to operate in five years.

  2. Add the devices

    Lamps, plugs, thermostats, doorbell, cameras, robot vacuum. Every device gets a name you can actually say, and a room.

  3. Scenes and automations

    Dimmed in the evening, warm in the morning, camera on when nobody is home, everything off with one word. Only as much automation as you actually want.

  4. Show and secure

    Operation in the app, by voice and at the switch. Accounts with secure passwords, cameras set so they do not film the street.

How long it takes and what it costs

Usually an hour and a half for a system with lamps and a voice assistant. With thermostats or cameras it becomes a longer appointment that we agree in advance.

What we do not do here

We do not work on the electrics: no in-wall switches, no mains-powered wall thermostats, no wiring. That is for an electrician, we set things up afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Which smart home system is the right one?

The one that matches your phones. iPhone households do well with HomeKit, Android with Google Home, Alexa works with both. Hue lamps run in all three.

Does it work without internet?

Lights and switches yes, voice assistants mostly not. We set it up so the basics keep working during an internet outage.

Can I use my old Fritzbox as the smart home hub?

For AVM plugs and thermostats yes. For lamps, cameras and voice control you usually need a second hub, we connect both.

What does smart home setup cost?

85 EUR per hour, a typical appointment is an hour and a half and 135 EUR, plus call-out from 10 EUR. Devices are extra, we advise independently of any vendor.
